We endeavour to cater for individual needs when it comes to activities, so we provide a wide choice, ranging from cultural visits to historic places of interest, to sports and lively nights out. We want to make sure that you enjoy yourselves while you’re studying.
How will I get to the school?
Our school is located in the heart of Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. You will be able to travel by bus to Dungarvan from most cities. You can also avail of our Airport Transfer services.
Where is the school located?
The school is located right in the heart of Dungarvan, a beautiful town in the South East of Ireland. Dungarvan is located by the sea and offers a location that is close to beaches but also close to mountain trails. Our location is an ideal starting point to set off on day trips to Waterford, Cork, Wexford & Dublin.
Who else will be studying there?
We have students from all over the world studying with us, which adds greatly to the friendly atmosphere.
Can I change my accommodation if I don’t like it?
Yes, the aim of your trip will be of course to learn English but we think it’s essential for you to feel welcomed and comfortable during your stay. It’s very rare for students to dislike their accommodation.
What type of accommodation can I expect?
What type of accommodation would you like? We have a full range of options from living with a host family to self-catering, hostel, B&B’s and hotels.
Will I be able to use the Internet and email?
Yes, the Internet and email are available every afternoon to all students. Most accommodations have Wifi access.
How can I register for an English course?
Registration is very simple: just fill in the appropriate form and we’ll take care of everything else.
How can I pay for the course?
You can choose your payment option from the following: credit card, bank transfer or bank draft. Just choose whichever is easiest for you.
How many students will be in my class?
We pride ourselves on giving everyone personal attention, which is why you’ll never find more than 8 or 10 students in any class.
Can I do an exam preparation course?
Yes, we offer preparation courses for the PET, KET, FCE & CAE Cambridge Exams. We also offer preparation courses for the IELTS & TIE exams.
I’m not sure what my level is?
That’s no problem. Most people have a good idea of their level of English but we are always on hand if you need help. We usually begin with an assessment to determine your level.
I want to learn a language but it is not listed on the website as an option, what can I do?
The list of languages on the website is not exhaustive, we offer more languages that may not be listed. So if you would like to learn a language that is not listed here please send us an email and we can give you that information.
